SYMPA is a mailing list manager. It takes care of mailing list functions such
as subscriptions, moderation, and managing.

All the commands must be sent to: sympa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Many commands can be sent in a single message. The commands must be
in the message body (the subject line is ignored), and each line
must conain exactly one command.

The available commands are:

   HELp                            * This help file
   INFO                            * Information about a list
   LISt                            * Directory of the lists of this node
   REView list                     * List of subscribers of a list
   SUBscribe list Prenom Nom       * Subscribe
   SIGnoff list                    * Unsubscribe
   INDex list                      * Get the list of archives
   GET list archivename            * Get an archive file
