shape database applet

 A new and nearly complete version of my shape database applet is available
at http://www.andromeda.com/people/ddyer/go/shape/ShapeApplet.html

 This version is nearly ready for public consumption.  It uses the entire
database (of eye shapes up to size 7) and all the modes and buttons work
more-or-less as intended.  

 Glitches I'm aware of:

 It can get confused when switching from "play black" to "play white" mode.

 It doesn't notice if you disconnect the main shape (which should invalidate the results)

 When the outcome is certain (ie; "always alive" "always dead") the "place to move"
 display isn't completely correct.
