I think black is the computer.

- The first 2 white moves are quite unusual for a program

- a program would (probably) answer B99 (a11) 

- missing to kill with W136 instead of playing o13 must be a
  human (or a very bad program :-)

- white captures at q19 (W224) instead of capturing at s11 in sente.
  I don't think programs are that bad.

Sorry, there's too much to improve ... that's why I don't
have a good go-program.
