New ladder participant

	Bill Newman's program "Plodder" is ready for some tryouts on the  
Computer Go Ladder.  After blowing a big cloud of dust off the ladder, the  
first match will be against gottaGo on 19x19 this Sunday 8/23 at 1pm PDT  
(8pm GMT) on IGS.  Lets see some action!
