OPEN-GO mailing list is now setup

Hello, 

 Some people expressed concern about using Findmail so I am hosting
the open-go list on my local campus machine. This is a new experience
for me but I hope it will go smoothly.

 I will be adding users manually. To be put on/off the list please
send an e-mail  to

 open-go-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx   (this will get sent to me I hope)

 I should process this within a day or two at the max.
