Will the engine authors contribute their code or Lib or DLL? If the answer
is yes, the authors should have their rights to win prize. Another question
is will this hurt the authors who contributed fundamental components, such
as GUI or an end or a open game 'engine'?

I tried to complete the license stuff by 10/18, but
it looks like tonight or tomorrow night for release (1019 or 10/20).
The license is based on Netscape's license for the release
of their source code. And it prevents "commercial use". Notably
it does not define computer-vs-computer tournaments as
commercial use. That means whoever wins that ing prize with
their engine means they keep it... is this ok with you potential
contributors?
