I did not mean it to be a comparison at all.  I took the question to
mean:
"is it sure that the winner of the computer part of the Ing Cup will be
the one with the best chance of winning the prize for beating the young
professionals at the end?"

Now that I understand the question:  the answer, I believe, is still no.
