On 1998-09-05 Alex Telitsin applied to enter "Hamlet" for the Ing
Computer Goe Tournament.

On 1999-10-20 K.C.Kim applied to enter "HIT" for the Ing Computer Goe
Tournament.

As I believed (perhaps mistakenly) that "Hamlet" and "HIT" were
different names for the same program, I put this to them both and asked
for their comments. I heard nothing more from either of them on this.
Later I heard a rumour that there had been a legal action between their
two companies, "2B System Co." and "HIC Co., Ltd".

On 1999-10-24 I received allegations that "Hamlet" contains plagiarised
material.

On 1999-10-28 "HAMLET Team, Seoul" withdrew "Hamlet" from the Ing Cup.
