Compiling OpenGo using VC6

OpenGo update
    I've updated the webpages for compiling OpenGo v.02 on microsoft
vc6.

    I also recompiled the program to make sure that it does not require
a debugging version of the MFC libraries... If you had trouble running
on windows before, this version should work... let me know if it
doesn't.
