Yes, it does say that.  And the plagiary of Dr. Chen's Handtalk is completely
germane to the topic of computer go.  How can it _not_ be relevant to this
mailing list?

Stuart, I must ask you this question:  Are you writing a go program?

If so, are you totally unconcerned that someone might plagiarize it?  Have you
no fear that this might happen to your program?  That _your_ hard work will be
stolen?

Of course, if you are _not_ writing a computer go program, this issue will be
of very little interest to you.  Perhaps you should unsubscribe.

Those of us computer-go program authors who _are_ concerned, who _do_ fear that
this sort of thing could happen to _our_ "computer-go" programs will continue
to discuss such plagiary -- clearly, it does occur -- and further, to discuss 
possible remedies, right here in this most appropriate forum.
