This is the second announcement of this tournament.
Two professional players from the Nihon Ki-In will be there.

All Go players are invited to a tournament in which you can meet the 
strongest southamerican Go players and enjoys the beauties of Brazil, a 
country in which, like in Cuba, you can go to beaches all year round.

Technical conditions of the Tournament

· 7 rounds, Swiss system
· Even games, 19x19 boards
· Rules of the WAGC
· 1 hours and 30 minutes per player and Canadian Bioyomi
· Referees appointed by the Nihon Ki-In do Brasil

The best 10 players will receive prizes for a total amount of U$S 2.000 (U$S 
500 for the winner)
