Many Faces does this.  It hints the best move, and often gives several
alternatives that it likes almost as well.

Strong ones don't.  There are  probably weak programs that look at every move.

Many Faces has take back, or you can back up a move and add a variation 
if you prefer.

I don't understand this question.  Most programs will propose different moves
from each other most of the time.
