BTW I never did get The Vaccine Book from the library - I bought it.  Still
haven't
read 10 pages of it.  I did speak with the technician at my doctors about
the vaccine for the flu shot.  I mentioned the bad components (e.g. mercury)
in some shots and he felt there was essentially no bad componds in
the flu shot (I took it).  I still intend to read the book.

Health tip of the day -- eat blueberries (most antioxidents per volume
of 40 fruits and vegatables).

There is a great series on microbes on public TV on Tuesdays (just
before Nova I think).  Supurb photography and insightfull illustrations.
