Hi All,

     Are we going to be creating a purely technical/mathematical journal?

     If not I'd like to see if we can include information on the strengths
and weaknesses of current go software, possibly .sgf format files of games
from the computer go ladder etc.
     It would be nice to see papers and articles on approaches to modelling
go, possibly seeing if authors would contribute their own approaches as
well.
     There are a number of pages out there with resources for programmers
but it would be nice to have some of this information in a central
repository as it takes a long time to find what we're looking for at the
moment.

     We could stick to a purely electronic distribution if we have articles
in pdf or postscript ( or any other standard ) that can be printed by
anyone wishing a hardcopy.
