computer-go: Looking for Hank Rogers and Bullet Proof Software

I am trying to locate a computer software developer and 2-dan go player
named Hank Rogers.

Does anybody know where he is?

The last I knew he was living with his Japanese wife somewhere around Ofuna
or Tsujido, West of Yokohama. He had developed a series of popular computer
role-playing games under the name Bullet Proof Software.

His father was a famous go player named Jerry Rogers. Jerry Rogers died a
few years ago.

Hank Rogers used to play go occasionally at the Nihon Kiin, the Japan Go
Association, but has not been seen there in years.

Any information about him would be appreciated.

Hank Rogers may have the last surviving copy of my computer shogi-playing
program. I left it in his office disk collection, but mis-labeled the disk
so that nobody would know what it was.
