computer-go: weak games needed

Hi everyone,

For an experiment I'm looking for a large number of ranked games in the
range between 30k and 9d. Naturally I've been looking on the internet
and have found some useful high level amateur and professional games.
However, I could not find games from weaker players. So my question is:

Does anyone have or know of a database, also containing ranked games
from weak players, that I can use?
