I think there is no doubt about black winning. You can prove it
for smaller board (play on the center point). I don't see how
increasing the board size can fundamentally change the game.
It just becomes harder and harder to find the winning follow-ups.
As another hint in that direction: the komi (the amount black
typically wins by) is about 5 points on the 19x19 AND the 9x9 board.
(may be 4 on 9x9 and 6 on 19x19)
