RE: computer-go: Perl Module for next move.
Be aware, I was not talking about changing the rules of Go, I was talking
about rules specific for the dude that was making the NN, so that one could
be assured that the game was played completely to the end before scoring it.
I can't think of a situation like you describe, but that doesn't mean it's
not possible. It seems to me that in any unsettled region larger than two,
somebody can play into it without putting themselves in atari (assuming they
weren't already in atari) until it is either split into multiple smaller
regions or becomes a 2-point seki. Please show me how I am wrong, if I am.

Hmm, aren't there curious seki positions where there's more than a 2 space
area but playing in it would be suicidal? I'm sure I've seen one...
Best not to make ad-hoc additions to the rules. :)
