   I tend to agree. Counting is only difficult if the
   status of live groups is not agreed on. In case of dispute
   then the tournament director can adjudicate.

Hi Dan,

In  Tromp/Taylor there is no  need for tournament  directors except to
handle  irregularities (what to do if  program crashes, etc.)  What do
you mean about status of live groups?
