Look at this problem:

 4 . * 0 0 . 0 0 * .
 3 . * 0 0 0 0 0 * .
 2 . * * * * * * * .
 1 . . . . . . . . .

0 is alive in a seki because he has a 7 space eye.
However, if it is his turn, he MUST pass or he kills
himself.

Also, If * tries to capture 0 by playing inside the
eye, then 0 must continue to pass until * gives atari:
When * gives atari, 0 captures and live.
