here is the actual rating list 
from my 13x13 computer go tournament:

now 14 programs did play 258 games (43 pairings)

GO PROFESSIONAL III, I think out of Japan one of the strongest 
programs available 
and GO PROFESSIONAL X, a tournament version of GO 4++,
