computer-go: Randyplus 0.1.5 uploaded to ibiblio.org

Hello,

I have uploaded to ibiblio.org Randyplus-0.1.5. As usual, expect 48-72
hours delay. 

This release fixes a few nasty bugs in 0.1.4. Also, I have added a 
command-line option that prevents Randyplus from filling in its own 
single-liberty eyes at the endgame; Randyplus will now pass instead.
There is also a debug command-line option.

There are various small improvements in the documentation and source.

Randyplus is intended as a research tool. I would be glad to learn that
it is 
being used to develop/test/train other new Go engines.
