computer-go: email privacy on web archives

I'm not sure who to write with this question, and it might be something the
list wants to discuss anyway:

The site http://hamelin-zm.nom.fr/go-computer/maillist.html
has an archive of the emails on this list which includes numerous instances
of people's email addresses, ripe for the harvesting by spambots...

The software being used to generate these archive pages apparently provides
options to obscure email addresses:

Can we enable this? I am trying to get my email address off of public
websites due to frustration with ever-increasing spam. (Yeah, it's a losing
battle, I know...) I would imagine at least some other folks might also
feel the same way, though I don't know. There are about 20 different web
pages in these archives with my address on them.
