Hi,

I'm starting a project on a Go AI. I can't tell at the moment what strength
my program will have by July, if any.
Is there a minimal Go strength needed to enter ?  Also, what are the details
about the goban size / time setting / protocols used for the Computer Go
tournament.
Also, is it needed to be present at the Go Congress to enter ?

In the unlikely event that I would be at the Go Congress, I'd also like to
ask the list who will be there and if there would be discussion/meetings
about computer Go and the current projects in development.
