computer-go: IGS/KGS games mirrored

Hello,

for all out there who want to download the IGS and KGS games:

Erik van der Werf now has all files on his mirror, that has a better
link to the net than my server.

So I will now reconfigure my server to redirect all requests to his
server to make downloads easier:

http://137.120.180.242:18888/mirror/

Thanks Erik.

All requests for the orginal NNGS games are redirected to the
nngs-server.
