If I remember my preprocessing right, I actually infer a rank for NR
players from their opponent's rating, komi, and handicap of the game,
so the NRs left over are all from NR-NR games.  You're right, they
could be anything.  Besides, the rank-handicap relationship doesn't
really work for board sizes other than 19x19.  Caveat emptor.
