[computer-go] Next 21st Century Cup planned for 2004

Dear Computer Go Authors,

Some of you may have been wondering when the next 21st Century Cup
competition is going to be held. You'll recall that the last tournament was
held in Edmonton last summer.

We've decided that to organize the quality of tournament which the computer
go community deserves we're going to plan for summer or fall of 2004.  We'll
announce the precise dates and the location well in advance.  We intend to
organize a tournament format and purse which will attract wide participation
to make it a truly world-level competition.
