With all this talk of Neural Networks, I was wondering if anyone could
recommend a C++ NN library. My primary needs are speed and ease of use. 

In particular, I've been looking at nn-utility
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/nn-utility) and annie
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/annie/). 

Anyone have good or bad experience with these, or other NN libraries?
