The other, "ScoreEst", can be used by kibitzers during or after a game
to get an estimate of the score.  It could work for any board size, but
the implementers of KGS have disabled it except for 19x19 games.


Interesting. Google gives zero hits apart from these discussions.
None of the other search enigines either, and I can't find any publications
by Atsushi Yoshikawa  that mentions that function.

Has anyone an idea where to find it?
