[computer-go] Kogo's Joseki Dictionary

I'm having some trouble with the SGF parsing.  Goban can handle this 
file, but when I open it in Emacs, the parentheses appear to be 
unbalanced.  For example, there is no match to the left paren that is 
the first character.  The section on the 4-4 point also doesn't appear 
to end properly.

Does SGF have the same property as HTML, where some tags don't have to 
be closed?
