I have put on a mail filter for all mesages coming from Martin Girard.  I would suggest, if you do
not like the inappropriate way he behaves in his responses, you add a filter for his messages in
your E-mail client.

When you admonish or attempt to inhibit Martin (like you are doing below), it actually gives him a
form of feedback he actually wants.  It makes him psychologically visible and thereby important. 
You are generating the desired response to his (inappropriate) stimulus.

I think you will find if you avoid admonishing him and you also filter out his E-mail, you will
discover far less communication originating from him for TWO reasons!  ;^)
