Yes. There are articles of the Deep-Blue team about the topic of tuning
several 1000 parameters. It becomes extremly difficult/cumbersome.
The Hydra team engaged recently the strong German GM Christopher Lutz. His
main contribution was not to add new especially sophisticated features. But
we removed a lot of dubious stuff. Everytime when Christopher said "Hhmm", I
said "okay, deleted". This improved the programm certainly.
