Subject: Re: [computer-go] Pattern Matcher
If i understand correctly you are trying to just predict good moves,
instead of avoiding bad moves?
So in short your program loses every game?
I do not have a Go program.
I am currently working on an improved pattern matcher, to be used for a
study tool.
That pattern matcher looks at a position and says: "I suggest these moves".
Very often, the moves it suggests are the same moves a pro would have
played.
In fact very often, the move that the pattern system considers best, a pro
would play.
That is all I claim at the moment about my pattern system.
You, however, come with outrageous statements, no evidence whatsoever,
telling me the system "doesn't work".
