The value is that you do not need to write even more sophisticated ordering
code. you just run his program for a few months and then it gives back a
new C file with patterns which you use to order the moves better in the
nominal search. 

Of course the problem Frank has is that programs in general have a 90%
chance to give a cutoff first move and so far he just picks a % of around 20%.

71% to go before it's better than what we currently do.
