Hi,
Find below Jim's response. I'll be at work today and we'll
discuss it further. There must be some finetuning available. I for
one wouldn't mind removing it completely - I delete hundreds of emails
a day anyway. I haven't looked at the list yet, but he seems to believe
that it is noy a blanket .jp block. He didn't comment on .kr
stay tuned

The person trying to post to the computer-go list from IP address
210.80.241.188
is being blocked because that persons IP address falls in the range of
one
of the blackhole lists used to prevent SPAM.
If you browse to http://japan.blackholes.us you will see three links..
each
link will make it clear that his IP is listed as being in a range of known
spam originating IP addresses.
If this person is not a spammer, I'd guess he/she is using an ISP that has
a
problem with spammers.
If this person has a static IP, I could see about making an exception for
that IP
address. Otherwise, I'd have to take japan.blackholes.us out of my list of
rbl's....
