That brings me back to something more 'on-topic': my pattern-matcher is
available in my library at SourceForge. If anyone comes up with a way to
significantly speed up the algorithm that's there, then he or she is free to
exploit it, commercially or otherwise, in any way you see fit. In case you
are willing to share that speed-up with the general public, then my offer
still stands.

And don't worry Frank, you should know better than to think this would pose
any competition to your pattern-matcher. Their nature is obviously a world
apart.
