[computer-go] wwg format?

I just wondered if anyone has a utility or (free) code to convert (or parse)
wwg files? The most information I've been able to find so far is here:

where it says it is "used by WWGo's java applet; a simple format that won't
be difficult to convert".  (I agree - probably 1-3 hrs work to parse it, but
I'd rather save that job if I can.)

WWGo is here: http://www01.tjsys.co.jp/  but does not describe the format used.
