Would you know what publication would be interested in such a proof,
implementation, and accompanying results ?
I would love to include it in Go Rules Encyclopedia, if I ever write
it some time at all:) Otherwise, every maths, informatics, abstract engineer journal, as you see them in maths university libraries might
be a candidate, but 99.5% would consider it too "trivial", I fear (they
always need an excuse). So it might be easier to publish it yourself
as a PDF.

So unless you have commercial or research title objections, why would
you not publish it, if it is correct...?
