I recommend GoGui
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gogui/
where are little of smart tools included where you can run matches
between two programs and get very nice statistics afterwards.
If you have GTP working then it is very easy to connect your program to
KGS with a special client provided at the bottom of this page.
