NNGS-1.1.15 compiles and runs fine for me.
After configuration and installation, most
of the time will be spent trimming logfiles,
and helping stuck users, I guess.
Given the quality of the computer-go cummunity, this
should not be a problem.
Before you all put too much work into this -

The Kiseido Go Server (KGS) supports the GTP protocol, and has programs playing on it. It has an automated tournament system, which works with human players. It has plans to test its tournament system with computer players - and may soon be looking for volunteers for this.
