[computer-go] Boardspace.net 6969 - Go Program Server

I'm a novice at NNGS administration.  If there are any nifty features
I need to make available, drop me a line.  Also any experienced
NNGS operators out there willing to copilot?

I will set up some machinery to restart the server should it be
necessary, and set up some other niceties.   A link to allow the
completed games to be reviewed/downloaded, for example.

Some sort of blog software would probably be a good thing too.
