When kgsGtp asks what commands your system supports, you must tell it
that you have these commands. (Sorry I don't have my source code here to
tell you the exact protocol). If you don't put the clear_board or undo
commands in that list, then kgsGtp won't even try to send them to you.
Is it possible that this is the problem?
