[computer-go] Next KGS computer go tournament

I plan to hold the next KGS computer Go Tournament on Sunday April 9th.
The tournament details are as follows:

Board size:      19x19
Rules:           Chinese
Format:          5-round Swiss
Player Time:     30 minutes each, absolute
Time of event:   Start at 08:00 GMT, Sunday April 9th, 2005.

Schedule:

BST     09:00      10:10      11:20      12:30      13:40
USEC    04:00      05:10      06:20      07:30      08:40

The GMT times are correct.  The BST (British Summer Time), USEC (U.S.
east coast) and USPC (U.S. Pacific coast) times are based on my belief
that summer time/daylight saving will have started in the U.K. and the
U.S. by then;  they should be checked.  The Asian times should also be
checked.

This schedule should be convenient for Europeans and Asians.  I hope
that Americans will also compete, leaving their bots connected and
running overnight.

To enter, ensure that your program has an account on KGS.  Then email me
at nick@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject "kgs tournament registration",
stating:
1.)
the name of your program's KGS account
2.)
the names of all contributors to your program.  I will expect you to
have the consent of all these people for your program to be entered in
this tournament.
