[computer-go] Announcement:: Second KGS Computer Go Tournament

The Second KGS Computer Go tournament is now accepting registrations. It 
is listed at http://kgs.kiseido.com/en_US/tournInfo.jsp?id=84

The rules are:  9x9, Chinese scoring, 28 minutes each sudden death.

It will start at 09:00 GMT on Sunday May 8th.  Subsequent rounds will 
start every hour on the hour.  It is a Round Robin tournament, so the 
number of rounds will not be known until it starts.

The timing, like that of the previous one, is convenient for Europeans 
and Asians, but not for Americans who will mostly be asleep.  However 
Americans can enter by leaving their bots running when they go to bed, 
and I hope that they will do so.  For the third KGS Computer Go 
tournament, the timing should suit Americans.
