IMHO the "final_status_list [alive|seki|dead]"
GTP command serves no purpose *in tournament play*
Dispute between the bots would possibly require
natural language processing, anyway.
There is no need for the bot or program to
reply anything useful (the GTP spec says that
the program doesn't even has to distinguish between alive, and "live in seki".
As an extreme case, a program could report
its stones as alive, and the opponent's stones
as dead!
It *could* make a little sense to use the differnce between the statusreports (from both the
programs) , just to inform the tournament-director.
