[computer-go] Third KGS Computer Go Tournament

I am now accepting registrations for the Third KGS Computer Go 
Tournament.  This tournament will be in two divisions, as discussed on 
this mailing list.

The two divisions are listed, as separate tournaments, at
http://kgs.kiseido.com/en_US/tournList.jsp.  They will take place 
concurrently.  Bots that qualify for the formal division may enter both 
divisions.

The rules, including the requirements for entry to the formal division, 
are given at http://www.weddslist.com/kgs/rules.html

(I shall be away on holiday from May 22nd until May 31st.  If you send 
me your bot's registration during that period, you won't get a response 
until June.  If you plan to do something controversial, such as asking 
to enter the formal division without providing sufficient evidence that 
you qualify, it would help if you do so soon.)
