FWIW, hierarchical goal directed planning and adversarial planning are
some of the techniques among other hierarchical and abstract
representations/methods that I'm interested in and working with.
You may be interested in some of the research papers by Steve Willmott
et al. Steven Willmott is a research scientist in the Knowledge
Engineering and Machine Learning Group at the Universitat Politècnica de
Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona Spain. Look for "adversarial planning" on
his publications page ( http://www.lsi.upc.es/~steve/pubs.php ).
