It's also strange that the Information page at
http://www.cju.edu.tw/~GO/ says

    (2) Registration fees
          i. Amateur program, USD 50/per program
          ii. Product, USD 250/per program
          iii. Free for programs which participate in 10th computer
          Olympiad
