A region of size>3 is at least half an eye, size>4 is at least one
eye. (Think 'n' in a row on the 1st line with both ends being false.)

But since 'two-headed dragons' are extremely rare it's much more
practical to say a point is a false eye when you (can) control at
least 3 diagonals when in the center, and all diagonals when on the
1st line.
