I think White is the computer program.  In the fuseki. it finishes
all the joseki.  Then it makes aimless moves in the center that look
like local shapes, but accomplish nothing.  It almost kills a group
with a tesuji pattern, then tenukis.  It plays the standard endgame shapes
well, and finds a few good tactics, but tenukis.  It tenukis from atari
of single stones, which human beginners don't do much.
